In conjunction with the law we have a strict NO smoking policy in ALL internal areas of Channels Lodge and Chelmsford Serviced Apartments. Should any customer who chooses to ignore this, they will be charged £100.00 for cleaning and inconvenience caused to other guests. This also applies to smoking out of the windows, please don’t do it.
