Cancellation

Policy

 

All bookings made over the phone or via our website are charged a non-refundable deposit.

Bookings made via booking agents, such as Booking.com or Expedia, are subject to the relevant cancellation and deposit policy stated by them.

Bookings for 1 room/apartment:

  • Bookings for 1 night will be charged the non-refundable deposit of £50 if cancelled at least 3 days prior to you arrival. Full payment will be charged for cancellations within 3 days prior to you arrival
  • Bookings for 2 to 6 nights will be charged half of your total invoice if cancelled at least 5 days prior to you arrival. Full payment will be charged for cancellations within 5 days prior to you arrival
  • Bookings for 7 nights will be charged half of your total invoice if cancelled at least 7 days prior to you arrival. Full payment will be charged for cancellations within 7 days prior to you arrival

Bookings for 2 to 6 rooms/apartments:

  • Bookings for 1 night will be charged half of your total invoice if any or all rooms are cancelled at least 5 days prior to you arrival. Full payment will be charged if any or all rooms are cancelled within 5 days prior to you arrival
  • Bookings for multiple nights will be charged as subject to the managers discretion
